My Primo login does not work

To access your library card account you should be able to sign in from the menu at the top of any Primo page with your JCC user name and password. 

If you are unable to log into your Primo account:

  • If you are able to log into Brightspace but not Primo, contact the Hultquist Library by phone (716-338-1008) or chat.
  • If you are also unable to log into Brightspace you may have an issue with your JCC user account.  Contact the JCC helpdesk by phone (800-338-8557, ext. 1122) or email JCCHelpdesk@mail.sunyjcc.edu

For community members use your login (last name and last 4 digits from your library card) and the password you were given. The community password changes frequently.  Contact the Hultquist Library by phone to get the most recent password.
