Your JCC username and password are what you will use to access Brightspace, campus computers, library databases, JCC WiFi network, and your JCC email. 

**Your J-number and PIN used for your BANNER account, where you can access your schedule, grades, and financial aid; add and drop classes; and update your contact information are not used for these purposes**

Your username should be the first six letters of your last name, first initial, middle initial, and 01.

Example for John C. Smith:  smithjc01

• It is possible that your middle initial is not included in your username.  If you are having a problem signing in, try leaving it out. (smithj01)  We have noticed that this happens frequently for College Connections students.
• If you have a common last name, you can try adding 02 instead of 01 at the end of your username. (smithjc02, smithj02)

Your password is initially set to your birthdate in the format MMDDYY.  Example for December 25, 2002,  122502. 

Your password can be changed from MyJCC - Username and Password.

If you’ve already changed your password, confirm that you can logon to a computer in one of the JCC labs or your Brightspace account. If you can’t, you won’t be able to access the wifi network either.

If you are still having difficulty:

From the JCC homepage click on MyJCC and select Username and Password. 

• Click on Request MyJCC Username.  
  • Change the option button to "What is my Username" and enter your J-number.
  • You will need to select an email address you previously used to communicate with JCC. 
  • An access number will be sent to that email address to enter into the form in order to display your username.
• To reset you password, click on Forgot MyJCC password.
