Q. How do I change my password?

Answer

JCC User Name and Password:  Used for Blackboard, Computer Labs and accessing the Library Databases remotely. Go to MyJCC from the JCC homepage and click on Change Your Password.

Banner PIN:  Go MyJCC from the JCC homepage and click on Banner.  Click on Enter Secure Area and log in using your J Number and current PIN (If you have forgotten your PIN, enter your J Number and click on "Forgot PIN?".)  Go to the Personal Information tab and click on "Change your PIN".  If you are unable to log in after trying to change your PIN, call one of the following JCC offices to have it reset: Jamestown  1-800-388-8557 or (716) 338-1018. Cattaraugus County  (716) 376-7525. North County Center  (716) 363-6500.
