How do I change my password?

For detailed instructions go to MyJCC from the JCC homepage and click on Username and Password.

From this page you can reset your password or Banner PIN.
JCC User Name and Password: Used for Brightspace, JCC email, Starfish, Computer Labs and accessing the Library Databases remotely.
Banner PIN: Used for course registration, student account/bill, financial aid.
If you are having difficulties email the JCC Helpdesk at JCCHelpDesk@mail.sunyjcc.edu, or call 1-800-388-8557, ext 1122.
