What is streaming media?
Answer
Streamed media delivers video and audio over the web. Files are accessed via a link on a web page. Playback is through an ordinary PC, laptop, or other online device without videotapes or DVDs etc. Video resources are provided on demand, without the need for lengthy downloads.
