JCC provides Microsoft Office 365 to every student free of charge and other software at a discount.

Office365 includes:

• The full Office productivity suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more
• Use Office 365 as long as you are a student at JCC. 
• Install it on up to five PCs or Macs and on other mobile devices.

Use your JCC student e-mail (UserID@sunyjcc.edu) in order to obtain the discount.  

To get Office365, follow these simple steps:

1. Visit https://portal.office.com
2. Click through to sign in with your JCC student username and password (i.e. username@sunyjcc.edu)
3. Follow the instructions on the website.

To get other discounted software, go to https://www.sunyjcc.edu/support/get-help/discounts. Software available includes Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products.
