Staplers and hole punches are available in the libraries.

The library printer can be set to staple and/or hole punch your document:

• From any Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher) print menu:
• Click on Printer Properties to specify staples and/or hole punch (steps 2-4 below)
• If you don't need a hole punch you can specify position and number of staples by expanding the No Staples options.

From other document applications (Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs, etc.):

Step 1. From the printer menu (shortcut ctrl-p) click on Properties

Step 2. Select the Finishing tab.

Step 3.  Select a staple and/or hole punch position.

Step 4.  Click on OK to return to the printer box.
