In order to remove a financial hold from your account you will need to pay any fines above $5.00 and pay for any lost materials. Lost materials are charged at the replacement cost of the item plus a $25.00 per item processing fee. For more information, read the JCC Libraries' Circulation Policies.

You can view your fines and fees by logging in to Primo with your JCC username and password. Click on the drop-down menu next to your name and select "Library Card."  On the Library Card page, click on "Fines + Fees" to view what you owe.
