Q. How do I find statistics?

Answer

Start your search in the Library Databases:

From the Library Homepage click on Databases by Title under SEARCH COLLECTIONS. Go to "S" and click on Statistical Abstract of the United States.  This database contains statistics from Governmental and Non-Governmental sources.  You can search by keyword, or browse the Table of Contents.   You will need your student Username and Password to access the database if you are off-campus.

You can find many print sources containing statistics from the JCC libraries.

American Factfinder from the U.S. Census Bureau can be used to find demographic information about specific communities.

For international statistics, try the United Nations Statistics Division Databases.

From the JCC Libraries Homepage, use the Internet Sources LibGuide (Statistics page) for a list of excellent statistics websites.
