No, the libraries do not have fax machines available for student use.  In Jamestown, The Prendergast Library does offer a faxing service. Faxing is available at the Information Desk. The library’s fax number is (716) 484-1148. Outgoing faxing costs $2.00 for the first page, $1.00 for each additional page.
