Loan periods are determined by the format of the item being borrowed (book, DVD, journal, etc.) and the patron's status (student, faculty, community member, etc.)

- Books (max. 10) - 21 days, renewal available
- Magazines/Journals (max. 3) - 7 days
- Media (max. 3) - 7 days
- Reserves (max. 3) - loan period varies
- JCC Faculty/Administration
- Books (max. 10) - 1 semester [exception new materials in the 21-day collection], renewal available
- Magazines/Journals (max. 3) - 7 days
- Media (max. 3) - 7 days [extended loans available, when requested]
- Reserves (max. 3) - loan period varies
- JCC Staff
- Books (max. 10) - 21 days, renewal available
- Magazines/Journals (max. 3) - 7 days
