Q. I'm trying to print a document from Blackboard, and I get a blank page.

Answer

If the document is a .pdf and opens in a new window, be sure to use the Adobe print menu (NOT File>Print from the browser menu.) 

You can also try saving the document to disk (student share or USB drive) and printing from the saved version.

If you are still having problems, try contacting Open SUNY online help or the JCC Helpdesk.
