Answer

From the library homepage click on Search for Books to get to the library catalog.

Use the "Basic Search" tab and follow these four steps:

  1. Change Collection to Hultquist Library Catalog for Jamestown, or Cattaraugus if you are in Olean.
  2. Select your Search Type (All Fields is the broadest search)
  3. Enter your Search Term (Bipolar or "Manic Depress*")
  4. Click "Go"

Click on an item in the result list to view the full record.

Make sure to write down the Call Number so that you can find the book in the library.

If the full record contains a cover image you can click on it to view information about the contents of the book.

***Tip*** Click on the hyperlinked Subject headings in the full record to find other possible search terms and materials related to your topic.
