How do I change my password?
Banner PIN: Go to the BANNER Self-Service window (link below) and log in using your J Number and current PIN (If you have forgotten your PIN, enter your J Number and click on "Forgot PIN?".) Go to the Personal Information tab and click on "Change your PIN". If you are unable to log in after trying to change your PIN, call one of the following JCC offices to have it reset: Jamestown 1-800-388-8557 or (716) 338-1043. Cattaraugus County (716) 376-7508. North County Center (716) 363-6500.
JCC User Name: Used for Blackboard, Computer Labs and accessing the Library Databases remotely. Go to the JCC Portal at https://myjcc.sunyjcc.edu/ and click on the Forgotten/Reset Password link. Follow the instructions to change your password.
